Caring for your Knitted Garments.

Wash by hand, in luke warm water (approximately 30°C), using a gentle wool wash. Soak for 5-10 minutes before rinsing under luke warm and then cold water.

If excess water remains, roll out in a clean towel. Gently pull the garment back to shape, do not wring out.

Lay on a flat surface to dry.

When storing your knits ensure they are folded, do not hang on a coat hanger as this will distort the shape of the knit.

Repairs

Each piece has been carefully constructed, using innovative and traditional techniques. However, due to the nature of hand made pieces and each piece being one of a kind there may be times when your garment starts to show some wear. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if this happens, we will always seek to try and repair the garment to prolong its life.

All orders will be sent with online tracking via Australia Post. Please ensure you provide your correct street and email address. We do not take responsibility for lost orders due to incorrect details.

Ready to wear garments will be processed and shipped out within 5 business days.
